So according to OLN's website, the Tivo channel guide, and the Time Warner channel guide, OLN is supposed to be showing hockey from 7-9:30pm EST tonight. The first hockey that I will get a chance to watch after an entire season without, so I've been looking forward to it for... a while. Of course, I don't get home until 7pm Central, but my lovely Tivo will get the first hour for me anyway.
Except I get home and the Tivo has faithfully recorded an hour of OLN... which is showing a show about a family of utter geniuses who sailed their boat into a bleeding hurricane. Gee, thanks!
I'm actually going to the game tonight. Jealous?? Don't be.. the Blues stink. Tampa Bay Lightning, here I come. I officialy accepted the Orlando job today.
Yeah, but isn't it Blues tradition to start off the season looking like a farm team? :)
Plus, I'd be happy to watch any hockey; last night's game was supposed to be the Penguins vs. the Sabres, neither of which I really care about (though I was looking forward to seeing Crosby play).
Ah well, at least Fox Sports probably won't let me down. Probably.

i don't have a firm date yet, just sometime before the end of the year. i still have a trip to england to make, and I don't get back until 11 November.. so sometime after that!
